Recently, the delegation of Jilin province carried out economic and trade exchanges in Shanghai. Jing Junhai, deputy secretary of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and governor of the province, attended the key project fair with Shanghai Bright Food Group, went to Bank of Communications to promote cooperation and witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between Bank of Communications and Bank of Jilin, Jilin Province Rural Credit Bank and Northeast Securities.
During the meeting with Ren Deqi, chairman of Bank of Communications, Jing Junhai noted that at present, Jilin province is accelerating the industrial transformation and upgrade, supporting the growth of enterprises and stimulating the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship. Jing said that hopefully, Bank of Communications will carry out in-depth cooperation with Jilin province, optimize institutional layout and increase credit supply in modern new automobiles, high-end equipment manufacturing, pharmaceutical and health as well as modern agriculture fields to allow more financial resources to be channeled into the real economy. Ren Deqi said that Bank of Communications will implement measures for financial services to the real economy and continue to increase support for the economic and social development of Jilin province.
Bright is the first national food brand in China. During the meeting with Shi Mingfang, chairman of Shanghai Bright Food Group, Jing Junhai said that hopefully, Bright Food Group will make good use of such platforms as China-Singapore (Jilin) Food Zone and Hunchun Marine Economy Development Demonstration Zone to jointly develop health and green food, and will expedite the progress of such projects as Jilin Bright Group's eco-development fund, local resource and food development, Baishan Bright direct purchasing center and eco-food industrial base. Shi Mingfang said that Bright Food Group will speed up its investment and project implementation in Jilin, so that more people can enjoy safe, nutritious and healthy Jilin agricultural products.
The Jilin delegation also held talks with relevant Shanghai enterprises on jointly promoting the construction and operation of Ginseng Plant (Gene Programming) Engineering Center in the China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone as well as Tonghua hazardous waste disposal project, further exploring cooperation fields and continuously expanding cooperation achievements.
