According to the monitoring results of the National Development and Reform Commission, 6 of 7 cities in Jilin province ranked in the top 100 positions in the comprehensive rankings of national prefecture-level city credit monitoring from January to March this year with a rate of 85.7%, ranking third in all provinces of the country.
Among the comprehensive rankings, Baicheng city ranked 51st (up 210 positions), Songyuan city ranked 54th (up 207 positions), Siping city ranked 70th (up 182 positions), Tonghua city ranked 74th (up 169 positions), Jilin city ranked 75th (up 185 positions), and Liaoyuan city ranked 81st (up 171 positions).
Urban credit monitoring ranking is one of the important contents of urban business environment evaluation, and also an important reference for the building of national civilized cities and health cities. Since 2019, Jilin province has comprehensively promoted the establishment of social credit system, constantly improved laws, regulations, policies and standards, pushed the unified establishment of a shared social credit comprehensive service platforms at the provincial, municipal and county levels, further promoted the credit supervision and management based on categories and levels as well as the query and verification of credit records in all fields of government services, launched the implementation of measures involving incentives and penalties in an orderly manner, and made efforts to serve and push the enterprises with credit fraud to repair bad credit records, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of market entities. Remarkable results have been achieved in all aspects of work.
