Lignocellulose is the organic flocculent fibrous substance obtained from chemical treatment and mechanical processing of natural reclaimed wood, free of toxicity, taste, pollution or radioactivity, which is extensively used in the fields of concrete mortar, gypsum products, wood pulp sponge and asphalt road, having excellent effect on prevention of coating cracking, increasing water-retaining property, production stability, construction rationality, strength, and surface adhesive force. Its technical functions are mainly: thixotropy, defense, absorption, carrier and filler.
This project will depend on lignin resource advantage of Songyuan City, use lignin plate (section) equipment production as main equipment manufacturing direction, develop new products according to production technology, and production equipment innovation, increase material performance, reduce production cost, protect ecological environment, and improve building functions, having enormous market potential and good development prospects. The construction site of the project is featured by convenient and fast traffic, complete infrastructure and supporting facilities. So the project has construction conditions.

With the building industry developing, people's demand for wood has gradually increased. The eighth national forest resources investigation result showed that, Chinese wood demand may reach 800 million m3. At present, wood plastic products have been put into market of China, and widely used building template, project decoration, home decoration, home furnishing supporting and industrial supporting, drawing extensive international attention.
Among four great materials in the world (steel, cement, wood and plastic), wood is the only renewable and recycled material, closely connected with national well-being and the people's livelihood. Wood has the advantages of light weight, high ratio of strength to weight, good resilience, impact resistance, abundant and artistic textures and hues, and being easy to be processed, listed in important raw materials in all ages. Current products have been developed from primary process products including electrical poles, pitwood, sleeper and all kinds of wood to reprocessing products of finished lumber including building component, furniture, vehicles, ships, stylistic supplies, packing container and to reprocessing products of wood including all kinds of man-made board and plywood, so as to make wood industry form independent industrial system.
Lignin plate (section) has advantages of low water absorption, rare deformation or cracking, and prevention of moth and mould, as well as high mechanical performance, light weight, damp resistance, acid-base resistance, corrosion resistance and easy washing. It is convenient, economic and environment-friendly in application, and will bring about enormous economic benefits and social benefits for the building market. This project will mainly research and development of complete equipment of lignin plate (section), adapt to the current status of building material development, and utilize high-tech advanced manufacturing machinery, thus processing more lignin plates. It is inevitable to develop lignin material instead of crude wood to relieve current imbalance between supply and demand of wood.
Complete equipment of lignin plate (section) mean that, a kind of machine tool that processes semi-finished products processed with lignin into in lignin plate (section) processing technology. At present, China has continuously explored and independently innovated cooperation and introduction of foreign advanced technology and equipment as well as domestic technology in machinery, and the gap between Chinese woodwork's mechanical ability and that of international ability has gradually decreased.

Lignin plate (section) is a new-type thermal plastic material produced with renewable raw material lignin. Composition of lignin plastic wood by means of material and quantity can be changed to change the product performance and meet the demand for deformation arising from strength, hardness and temperature variation at different temperature and other physical properties. Lignin plastic wood product is totally consisted of renewable resources, which integrates advantages of natural wood and easy workability of thermoplastic material. Generally speaking, lignin plastic wood is “fluid wood”.
Domestic panel furniture machinery industry has developed rapidly, and has formed a group of leading enterprises led by Guangzhou Hongya Digital Machinery Co., Ltd., Nanxing Equipment, Xinma Wood Working Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. of Shunde District, Foshan City, Dongguan Huali Machinery Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Yongqiang Wood Working Machinery Co., Ltd. These enterprises have advantages in production scale, product quality, technical level and after-sales service, account for big proportion in the industrial competition, and have sold their products to the overseas market. Chinese panel furniture production enterprises in the second stage are mainly consisted of numerous small and medium-sized enterprises facing low-end market, basically for domestic market.
Chinese wood working machinery market has developed from nothing and small size, and has gradually formed a complete industrial system. According to status analysis for wood working machinery industry, with Chinese economy developing rapidly and people's living standard increasing constantly, real estate construction, building decoration and furniture manufacturing industries have been incessantly promoted, and complete equipment of lignin plate (section) have been in fast development accordingly.
The wood processing industry is one of the five pillar industries of Songyuan city. According to the results of the Statistical Bulletin of National Economic and Social Development of Songyuan City in 2018, the added value of key industries increased by 5.8% over the previous year, accounting for 77.8% of the total added value of industries above designated size. The city’s annual GDP per capita reached 49912 yuan, an increase of 0.7% over the previous year. In the face of severe and complex economic situation and unprecedented difficulties and challenges, Songyuan City actively adapts to the new normal of economic development, and has initially formed an advantageous industrial system with regional characteristics such as petrochemical supporting facilities, agricultural products processing, and wood processing, etc., with the emergence of industrial scale and clustering.

This project is a project supporting biomass lignin material industrial park, which depends on the technology of Rizhao Luxiang Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. to basically reach the foreign imported equipment level in equipment performance and product quality. Furthermore, the company also has advantages that cannot be compared by foreign companies in the aspects of equipment installation and commissioning, technical guidance and rapid response of user enterprises and other after-sales technical service.

Finance Bureau of Songhua Petrochemical Industrial Park has set up investment attraction capital to make industrial enterprises invest and establish business in the park enjoy investment attraction capital support. All local-level financial resources generated by enterprises' tax payment during construction will be appropriated to enterprises; within 5 years since the enterprise puts into production, the park's local-level financial resources generated by enterprises' tax payment in first 3 years will be appropriated to enterprises; and 50% of the park's local-level financial resources generated by enterprises' tax payment in last 2 years will be appropriated to enterprises.

Songyuan is an important pivot city in the middle city group of Jilin Province. As the important traffic hub and logistic collection and distribution place in the northeast and eastern region of Inner Mongolia, Songyuan links 4 provinces (districts), 8 cities and 14 counties, radiates surrounding population over 34 million. Songyuan has 6 railway lines, 3 expressways and 11 national and provincial highways passing through, especially use of Songyuan Belt Expressway make national main trunk line successfully connected in Songyuan. It takes 90min from urban area of Songyuan City to Changchun or Harbin Airport. There are 7 transport wharfs along the bank of the Songhua River, total berth more than 3,800t, sailing upward to Jilin City, and extending downstream to Harbin City. Songyuan Airport under construction will be open to air traffic in 2016, customs clearance, inspection and quarantine formalities of inland ports can be totally handled within the territory of Songyuan, and products of export merchants can be directly cleared by the customers and transported to the port.
Songyuan Petrochemical Industry Circular Economy Park is one of two parks especially established for developing petroleum chemicals in Jilin Province, which has collected and stored industrial land 150ha. The newly built three roads and one bridge opened up road network framework in the park, supporting pipe network is smooth. The thermal power plant and sewage treatment plant established by the park can guarantee demand of enterprises for water, electricity, heating and water supply and drainage.
