Important notice on adjusting epidemic prevention and control measures for the 13th China-Northeast Asia Expo

In view of the current grim and complex epidemic situation, to prevent the risk of COVID-19 infection and ensure the safe and smooth operation of this year's China-Northeast Asia Expo, the following adjustments are to be made to the epidemic prevention and control measures according to the suggestions of competent authorities:
1. All personnel from other provinces to Changchun must provide a negative result of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before arrival.
2. The second nucleic acid test will be conducted for all personnel from other provinces to Changchun within 1-2 days before the opening of the expo. The specific method will be notified later.
3. Do not allow personnel from medium and high-risk areas for COVID-19 and from counties, cities and autonomous regions where medium and high-risk areas are located to attend the offline expo. Do not allow those who had traveled to Fujian province after August 26 to attend the offline expo.
