Matters related to on-site epidemic prevention of relevant activities of the 13th China-Northeast Asia Expo

  • 2021-09-21
In accordance with the overall requirements for COVID-19 prevention and control of this year's expo, the Secretariat of the China-Northeast Asia Expo makes arrangements for the on-site epidemic prevention work of various exhibitions, conferences and forums, as well as related activities.
1. According to the requirements of the expo organizer, the Changchun Municipal Health Commission will dispatch security personnel to exhibition halls, conference halls and other places to guide and supervise the epidemic prevention work and to assist in providing on-site epidemic prevention and medical services.
2. Set up temporary isolation rooms at all entrances and exits of exhibition halls, conference halls and other relevant places.
3. Strictly adhere to temperature checks and code verification at all entrances and exits of exhibition halls, conference halls and other relevant places.
(1) Code verification includes two parts, namely "Jixiang code" and digital travel records. Immediately lead visitors who hold a yellow or red "Jixiang code" or whose digital travel records are marked with "*" to the nearest temporary isolation room, and inform the on-site epidemic prevention personnel for a timely response.
The verification of "Jixiang code" shall be equipped with special code scanning equipment, or operated by the "码上行动" app. Code scanners who use the "码上行动" app need to apply to their local government service and digital construction bureaus to open an account. Digital travel records need to be carefully checked to see if there is a "*" mark.
(2) Immediately lead those with a body temperature higher than 37.3℃ or symptoms such as cough and diarrhea to the nearest temporary isolation room, and inform the on-site epidemic prevention personnel for a timely response.
(3) Require all on-site personnel to wear masks, and provide self-service masks.
4. Set up epidemic prevention boards at appropriate locations in the event venues to publicize and remind epidemic prevention regulations.
5. Expo staff should make preparations in advance to ensure that visitors do not gather, passages are not blocked, and safe social distancing is maintained in all kinds of activities.
6. Arrange special personnel to remind visitors and staff to wear masks for the implementation of epidemic prevention measures.
7. Set up epidemic prevention service stations at main entrances and exits of exhibition halls, conference halls and other relevant places, and provide hand sanitizer for visitors and staff.
