On November 1, the 2021 Jilin Entrepreneurs Day was held in Changchun. Jing Junhai, Party chief of Jilin province, attended the event and delivered a speech. He sent a message to entrepreneurs on thoroughly implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the entrepreneur symposium, as well as important speech and instructions during his visit to Jilin, vigorously promoting entrepreneurship, energizing market entities, seizing opportunities, running first-class enterprises, and achieving leaping development while boosting high-quality development. Han Jun, deputy secretary of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and governor of the province, presided over the event.

During the event, Jing Junhai and Han Jun jointly awarded 10 outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises across the province.

On behalf of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, Jing Junhai sent greetings to entrepreneurs in the whole province. He stressed that at present, Jilin is thoroughly implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instructions during his visit to Jilin and pushing its revitalization and development into a rising stage and fast track with a forward-looking, open-minded and cooperative attitude. He said that hopefully, entrepreneurs will dare to act, keep reform and innovation moving forward, pay back to the society, abide by the law and be honest, build their enterprises into powerful entities of innovation, and play a key role in boosting high-quality development.

Han Jun said that entrepreneurs are valuable assets for the revitalization and development of Jilin. He added that hopefully, entrepreneurs will seize opportunities, comprehensively synergize the "one pillar, six doubles" high-quality development strategy, vigorously promote entrepreneurship, act in a pioneering spirit, enhance the strength, quality, and size of their enterprises, encourage more social entities to start their own businesses,  and make new and greater contributions to Jilin's revitalization and development. He urged provincial governments at all levels to keep caring for and supporting entrepreneurs, create a first-class business environment, provide quality services, and acts as "waiters" and "liaison" to make entrepreneurs free of concerns in investing, starting new businesses and running companies.
