Jing Junhai, Han Jun meet with Ma Lei, Danish ambassador to China

On March 25, Jing Junhai, Party chief of Jilin province and Han Jun, deputy secretary of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and governor of the province, met with Ma Lei, the Danish ambassador to China, and his entourage in Changchun. 
 
Jing Junhai extended welcome to Ma Lei and heads of Danish enterprises accompanying him. He said that China and Denmark enjoy a long history of friendly exchanges and Jilin province attaches great importance to exchanges and cooperation with Denmark. Over the years, Jilin and Denmark have jointly implemented the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, promoted fruitful cooperation in various fields and made positive contributions to the in-depth and solid development of China-Denmark comprehensive strategic partnership. At present, Jilin is giving full play to its role as an important window of China's Belt and Road opening to the north and a hub for cooperation in Northeast Asia to further deepen international cooperation. Jing said that hopefully, Denmark will focus on Jilin's modern new-type vehicles, snow and ice economy, green and low-carbon economy and other competitive areas, expand cooperation on investment, promote technological exchanges, actively participate in the development of wind and light energy resources in Jilin and push bilateral practical cooperation to a new level.
Ma Lei said that Denmark and Jilin have great cooperation potential with high industrial compatibility and strong economic complementarity. They are to guide more Danish enterprises to strengthen pragmatic exchanges and promote bilateral cooperation in green and low-carbon economy, winter culture and tourism industry and other fields to achieve more results.
