If taxpayers submit complete main materials and meet the legal requirements, the taxation authorities of all parts of the province will accept their applications first, but the taxpayers need to sign a written agreement on supplementing other relevant materials within the specified time limit. The provincial taxation authorities actively expand channels for invoice application. Besides the service window of tax service hall, self-service tax terminal and door-to-door service, taxpayers can also apply for invoices online via the E-Taxation Bureau and select the mailing service, so as to get invoices without leaving the home.
The taxation authorities also actively optimize the online tax handling experience, including the improvement of tax (fee) declaration, interpretation of 185 tax-related matters and 35 questions, and online processing of comprehensive information report of taxpayers, use of invoices, tax (fee) declaration & payment, tax reduction & exemption and other tax-related matters.
