At present, the Ego Digital Economy Industrial Park project, located in the Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone, is under construction. The project’s main part is to have been completed by the end of October this year, which is expected to go into service at the end of November after the completion of interior decoration.
The project covers an area of about 400,000 square meters with a total investment of about 7 billion yuan and a three-year construction period. After being completed, it is expected to gather more than 100 new business enterprises and 200 local startup projects, which will directly or indirectly drive the transformation of 80 traditional enterprises and create 10,000 jobs. It is expected that the project will create a direct output value of 3 billion yuan and an indirect output value of 2 billion yuan every year after reaching a mature stage.
The Ego Digital Economy Industrial Park will cultivate and support the local ecological chain of digital economy and automobile industry by setting up a digital economy headquarters base, a digital economy reception hall, an emerging industry base and a high-end talent base.
In the process of promoting the project construction, the professional operation team of the Ego Digital Economy Industrial Park has integrated group resources and connected with domestic leading enterprises and unicorn startups in the digital industry and then signed the settlement agreement with them. Up to now, 55 digital economy enterprises have reached the intention to settle in the park, including 19 champions in the field.
