May 19 marks China Tourism Day. Changbai Mountain launched free admission tickets, preferential activities, art and cultural performances, happy cycling and cloud livestreaming, so that tourists could enjoy China Tourism Day.

Changbai Mountain innovated forms of cultural tourism and carried out the "Integrated Tourism, Changbai Sports" International Cittaslow Cycling Challenge, a series of activities of Cycling Culture Week including "Changbai Mountain Cycling Trace" short-video competition on the TikTok platform, the "Dancing Mood, Beautiful Chibei" cultural activity, as well as a series of theme activities to celebrate China Tourism Day. Later, activities such as "I Love My Family" parent-child self-driving tour will also be launched in Changbai Mountain. 

To promote the post-COVID cultural tourism recovery in Changbai Mountain, warm up the year-round cultural tourism market and further boost the integrated tourism and public tourism, the Changbai Mountain Protection Development Zone has gradually built a new linear, comprehensive and recreational tourism form with ecological health care, outdoor sports, parent-child vacation and other tourism products, so as to deeply integrate the whole industry chain of "tourism + culture" and "tourism + sports" and to speed up the diversified, refined and international development of Changbai Mountain's tourism industry. Promote civilized tourism with high-quality services.

According to statistics, the Changbai Mountain scenic area received a total of 9,290 tourists on the day of China Tourism Day, an increase of 16790.91 percent over the same period last year.
