Effect of vouchers on consumption promotion is obvious in Jilin province

Up to now, all cities (prefectures) and counties (county-level cities) in the province have launched consumption vouchers at important time points such as the Spring Festival and the beginning of school, driving consumption of more than 400 million yuan. The average leverage ratio of the whole province is over 7 times, and that of Baicheng, Liaoyuan, Yanji, Huinan, Taonan and other regions is over 10 times. 
Among the regions with effective voucher campaigns, Changchun increased by 40.8 percent, Jilin increased by 53.8 percent, Siping increased by 37 percent, Liaoyuan increased by 27.9 percent, Yanbian increased by 26.3 percent and Meihekou increased by 20 percent. Vouchers play a great role in stimulating the vitality of urban consumption, releasing the consumption potential of rural areas and promoting the recovery of consumption market.
