To help companies reduce the impact of the epidemic and actively strengthen the legal services for foreign-related commercial affairs, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Jilin Committee (CCPIT Jilin) invites relevant legal service and financial agencies to form a strategic alliance to provide commercial legal services for the companies registered with commercial certification, the companies contacted by trade promotion organizations at all levels, and the import and export companies established or operating in accordance with the law in the administrative region of Jilin province. The commercial legal services include free legal advice, legal opinion issue, lawful risk identification and credit investigation.
Push overseas law, regulation and policy notifications on a regular basis, provide trade friction early warning services and assist the two-way transmission of early warning information. According to the needs of companies, a number of activities will be launched such as training, law forum on commercial affairs as well as seminar.
