To further strengthen the management of personnel flow during the epidemic prevention and control period, the Jilin Provincial Government Service and Digital Construction Administration independently developed the "Jilin provincial smart management platform for personnel flow registration and record", designed and launched "Jixiang code" as the personal health QR code for epidemic prevention in Jilin province. In view of the special period of classes resumption, colleges and universities in Jilin province have activated "Jixiang code". Teachers and students only need to register the "Jilin Provincial Online Administrative Service Hall", a WeChat mini-program to get their own "Jixiang code". According to the results of code scanning and on-site temperature measurement as well as the verification of epidemic prevention data on the national government services platform, "Jixiang code" is to be loaded with different colors based on holder’s health condition, so as to achieve "one person, one file" accurate management. Jilin University of Finance and Economics is to take "Jixiang code" as an important basis for students to be back on campus. Through various ways such as online teaching and explanation, and counselors’ publicity and introduction, more than 20,000 teachers and students of the university have registered their "Jixiang code" accounts.

   

Song Gang, director of the Provincial Government Service and Digital Construction Administration, said that in order to help colleges and universities in the province to smoothly promote the application of "Jixiang code", the administration has held two rounds of "Jixiang code" application and promotion training sessions so far and has arranged the work of "Jixiang code" scanning management, operation and use. In the future, the administration is to design more personalized settings and open more functions according to the needs of colleges and universities, so as to help the classes resume smoothly.
