Click the "Service" at the bottom of the home page to enter the service inquiring and processing page and then choose either "personal service" or "corporate service" to search, inquire and process government service matters of government departments. Click the "Q&A" to enter the intelligent customer service page and AI will answer all kinds of different questions. Click the "My" to enter the personal center page with various functions such as application status enquiry, result evaluation and personal information management.
Song Gang, director of Jilin Provincial Government Service and Digital Construction Administration, introduced that the administration launched the "Jilin Province COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Service Section" in the "Jilin Provincial Online Administrative Service Hall" mini program jointly with the Jilin Provincial Health Commission on January 30, as well as established an "intelligent management platform for unified registration of personnel flow in Jilin province" on the basis of big data verification of the national epidemic prevention and health information, and launched a mobile personal health code system——"Jixiang code", which first came into use in Jilin Provincial Administrative Service Hall. The leading group on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in Jilin province recently issued a circular to launch the "人人有码、码上行动" health code information management system in the key public spaces to further enhance the accuracy of epidemic prevention & control and strengthen the virus source tracing and epidemic monitoring.
As of March 12, the number of real-name registrations of "Jilin Provincial Online Administrative Service Hall" has reached 519,000, generating nearly 80,000 code scanning registration records.
