As of 24:00 on February 18, a total of 90 confirmed cases have been reported in the province, 36 cured and discharged from hospital (19 in Changchun, 4 in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, 4 in Siping, 3 in Jilin, 2 in Gongzhuling, 1 in Tonghua, 1 in Liaoyuan, 1 in Songyuan and 1 in Meihekou), 1 death in Siping, and 53 confirmed cases have been isolated and treated in hospital. There were 26 cases in Changchun City, 10 cases in Siping City, 6 cases in Liaoyuan City, 4 cases in Gongzhuling City, 2 cases in Jilin City, 2 cases in Tonghua City, 1 case in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, 1 case in Baicheng City and 1 case in Songyuan City.

Among the confirmed cases treated in hospital, 47 were ordinary cases, 3 were severe cases (2 in Changchun and 1 in Songyuan), and 3 were critically ill cases (1 in Changchun, 1 in Baicheng and 1 in Gongzhuling). Of the 3819 close contacts of the above confirmed cases, 474 are under isolation or home medical observation, and 3345 have been released from medical observation. And a total of 13 cases were confirmed from these close contacts by nucleic acid detection.

From 00:00 to 24:00 on February 18, 1 suspected case became confirmed case and 8 suspected cases were excluded in the province. Among the 36 suspected cases, 11 were newly reported, all of which have been isolated and treated, and the diagnosis is being further confirmed.
