From 00:00 to 24:00 on February 12, 1 new confirmed case was reported in Siping City of the province, which is confirmed from suspected cases. 4 cured and discharged from hospital in Jilin, Siping, Liaoyuan and Gongzhuling respectively. 1 case became severe case in Changchun.

As of 24:00 on February 12, a total of 84 confirmed cases have been reported in the province, 22 cured and discharged from hospital (11 in Changchun, 3 in Jilin , 2 in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, 2 in Siping, 1 in Liaoyuan, 1 in Songyuan and 2 in Gongzhuling), 1 death in Siping, and 61 confirmed cases have been isolated and treated in hospital. There were 31 cases in Changchun City, 2 cases in Jilin City, 3 cases in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, 10 cases in Siping City, 3 case in Tonghua City, 1 case in Baicheng City, 5 cases in Liaoyuan City, 1 case in Songyuan City, 4 cases in Gongzhuling City and 1 cases in Meihekou City.

Among the confirmed cases treated in hospital, 55 were ordinary cases, 3 were severe cases (2 in Changchun and 1 in Songyuan), and 3 were critically ill cases (1 in Changchun, 1 in Baicheng and 1 in Gongzhuling). Of the 3168 close contacts of the above confirmed cases, 966 are under isolation or home medical observation, and 2202 have been released from medical observation. And a total of 12 cases were confirmed from these close contacts by nucleic acid detection.

From 00:00 to 24:00 on February 12, 13 suspected cases in the province were excluded. Among the 55 suspected cases, 12 were newly reported, all of which have been isolated and treated, and the diagnosis is being further confirmed.
