According to guidelines of the national government, Zhejiang and Jilin are cooperative counterparts. In 2018, Jilin Province established work contacts with 31 departments of Zhejiang Province, signed cooperation agreements with 60 cities, counties and departments, introduced 96 projects and attracted investment totaling 53.1 billion yuan. Yanbian Guotai new energy electric vehicle project with an annual output of 10,000 has been activated. Positive progress has been made in the cooperation projects between CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co Ltd and Zhejiang Jinhua Rail Transit, and between Jilin Chemical Fiber Group and Zhangjiang Jinggong Carbon Fiber. Jilin-Zhejiang industrial park, and Changchun Jingyue Jilin-Zhejiang demonstration zone of service industry has started to be built. Next, Jilin Province will put into practice 39 measures of counterpart cooperation, promote the investment projects of Zhejiang enterprises, and explore a new mode of entrusting Zhejiang enterprises to manage and operate the development zones, carrying out counterpart cooperation in a practical way, making good use of Zhejiang’s resources and benefiting from its experience.
